Lechelle Petite began in Singapore with a simple belief: beautiful jewellery should exist for every occasion.
Established in 2020, Lechelle Petite champions original designs that blur the boundaries between handmade wearable art and fine jewellery. Our vision is to create exceptional collectibles across the entire spectrum of jewellery.
We believe every piece has its own purpose.
Some are destined to become heirlooms, crafted with large amazing natural stones, in solid gold or platinum to be treasured for generations. Others are everyday companions, pieces you'll reach for every morning, travel with, and enjoy.
For us, luxury has never been about using the most expensive material at every opportunity. It is about choosing the right material for the life a piece is intended to live. Our ready-to-wear collections are handcrafted in a fine blend of silver and palladium with a thick 18k gold overlay, offering precious quality, longevity, and the freedom to build a jewellery collection that grows with you. Our bespoke commissions are crafted in solid 18k gold and platinum, creating future heirlooms designed to last lifetimes.
The craft remains the same regardless of the material. Every Lechelle Petite design is conceived with the same attention to proportion, finish, and wearability because we believe great jewellery should be collected for every occasion, not reserved only for the rarest moments.
Lechelle Petite also benefits from our founder Michelle's direct access to exceptional Akoya pearls from Mie, Japan. Combined with our in-house design and small-batch craftsmanship, this allows us to create collections that are distinctive, thoughtful, and genuinely collectible.
A word from Michelle
Dear Clients and Friends,
Jewellery has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I began designing and making jewellery when I was fourteen, and by fifteen had launched my first jewellery brand online. It was an exciting time, and I was fortunate to be featured in Singapore's national newspapers as one of the country's youngest online entrepreneurs.
Although jewellery was my first love, I have always believed that creativity grows through experiencing the world beyond one's own craft.
I paused my jewellery journey to pursue my studies in Sydney and the United Kingdom, where I read International Law and Political Economy. Those years broadened my perspective immensely. Beyond the classroom, I immersed myself in fashion, attended fashion weeks, wandered through museums and galleries, and developed a deep appreciation for design in all its forms. I came to realise that beauty is shaped as much by culture, craftsmanship and history as it is by aesthetics.
My career then led me into diplomacy as a foreign affairs analyst before later joining my family's education business. Looking back, those experiences continue to influence the way I design today. Diplomacy taught me that elegance is rarely loud. It is thoughtful, considered and quietly confident. Working across cultures deepened my appreciation for the many ways beauty is expressed around the world, while reinforcing that craftsmanship and sincerity are values understood everywhere. Education, in turn, reminded me that the things we create should have purpose, longevity and meaning.
Throughout every chapter of my life, jewellery remained a constant. I found myself observing how a thoughtfully chosen piece could transform not only an outfit, but the confidence and presence of the woman wearing it. My perspective as a designer today is shaped as much by those experiences as it is by years spent at the jeweller's bench.
When the world slowed during the pandemic in 2020, Lechelle Petite quietly came back to life, and what began as a return to an old passion has become one of the greatest privileges of my life.
In 2024, we were deeply honoured to be commissioned by the Embassy of Japan in Singapore to create jewellery for Her Imperial Highness Princess Hitachi of Japan and Mrs Yuko Kishida, the former First Lady of Japan. It was a moment that affirmed something I had believed from the very beginning: jewellery created with genuine intention is recognised wherever it is worn.
That journey has since continued. In 2026, we had the privilege of presenting our orchid creation, Pétale d'Or, to Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado, while our collections were also showcased at the distinguished Sakura Charity Gala in Tokyo.
Today, Lechelle Petite is worn by women across four continents. Every collection is still designed in-house with the same curiosity, thoughtfulness and appreciation for beauty that first inspired me as a teenager.

It is a privilege we never take for granted, and I hope our jewellery accompanies you through many of life's most meaningful moments.

Every Lechelle Petite piece moves through petite studios in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Thailand — work is completed and quality-checked in Singapore, where our standards begin and end. Our stones are lab-grown, sourced from reputable suppliers. Beautiful by design, not by extraction.
Our akoya pearls come from family farms in Ise-Shima, Japan — coastal communities that have harvested and traded pearls across generations, in waters they have protected for just as long. We choose these farms deliberately. The sustainability of Ise-Shima's waters is not incidental to what we do. It is the reason the pearls are what they are.
We believe that how something is made is inseparable from what it becomes. So we invest in the people and places behind every piece and we hold ourselves to the standard of improving, always, in every part of the process.
