All Jewellery from demi-fine to high jewellery requires care to maintain its beauty after wear. Use the micro-fibre velvet pouch provided in all orders to wipe down your pieces after every wear. Dampen the pouch with a little water and gently wipe down your piece.
The best way to care for your collection is by not wearing them while showering, swimming, working out or washing dishes. Maintaining the closure free of debris/chemicals (shampoo/conditioner/soap) is key.
To keep your gold jewellery shining - store it in a cool, dry place.
Store pearls in proper jewellery box with velvet in-lining. Try not to get lotion or perfume on your pearls – it will destroy their luster.

We offer a six-month warranty from the date of receipt on all pieces that have been unaltered or modified by a third party. Repairs apply specifically to gold and stones.
Pearls are not included into this warranty as they are organic gems, and respond to the environment and hygiene of the wearer. We are suppliers of luxury pearls and only supply the best quality of pearls available in the market, in particular Japanese Akoya Pearls. We encourage collectors to take care of their jewellery with knowledge. Please refer to the section on pearl jewellery care found below.
All repairs within warranty will be complimentary. If your purchase exceeds our six month repair warranty we ask that you please send us your piece for us to inspect and we’ll forward a quote for repair for your approval. If we are unable to repair your piece for any reason, we will reach out to you directly with a resolution.
Repairs take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete and you’ll receive notice once your piece has been completed and is ready for collection.
There is a delivery and packing fee of $10 if you'd like us to ship your repair back to you. If you live near our Duxton Hill showroom, you can reach out to us directly to schedule a date for pick-up. If you need your repair by a particular date, please let us know.
Shipping & Returns
Prior to shipping: The normal order processing and packing time is 48 - 72 hours during business days (Monday through Friday). Please give our small team time to carefully pack your orders.
Within Singapore: once your order has been shipped, delivery time within Singapore is 2-4 business days via Smartpac.
International shipping: 3-10 business days internationally via Fedex.
Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited-edition launches and restocks, the shipping and delivery time may vary.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for jewellery in Singapore. We advise buyers to visit our boutique to try the jewellery pieces prior to placing the order.
For international orders, exchanges for all eligible items within 15 days of receipt for all pieces returned to us in their original packaging and in their original, unworn condition.
Eligible items are non-custom pieces in unworn condition.
Returns are processed in the order in which they are received. Once we receive your return, it may take up to 10 business days to process. If it has been more than 10 days since your return package was delivered to us, please contact us with your return tracking number so we can look into your order.
Once the return is accepted, we will fully credit your account or give you the option to receive a Lechelle Petite digital gift voucher. The gift voucher never expires. If we feel, for any reason, that the request is not reasonable — if the jewellery is damaged or has been improperly used — we will not accept the return. Any bespoke or customised pieces are final sale.
Yes, we do ship internationally. Certain restrictions apply and are subject to change - please consult your destination country’s import/export laws or local customs office for more details. Should we not be able to deliver to you, a member of our team we will be in touch to cancel and refund your order.
Due to changing import laws, our team might contact you for additional fees if necessary for a Fedex delivery to you.
Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 3-7 days from the shipping date.
Yes, depending on the destination country, you may be responsible for paying customs fees. Custom fees are not reflected in the checkout -- these fees are imposed by the government of the country where the package is being delivered and are not within our control. These fees are typically assessed based on the value of the items in your order and any applicable import duties or taxes.
All packages at customs are subject to additional fees should your respective country’s import/export laws change. In some cases, you may be notified by the shipping carrier or customs authorities about any additional fees that are due upon delivery.
If you refuse to pay the customs fees associated with your order, it may be returned to us, and you may be subject to additional charges, including return shipping fees. We recommend contacting us before refusing delivery.
Should you return your package, you will not be refunded customs duties and fees.
By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We adhere to all international import/export laws.
Unfortunately, all sales of items on sale are final.
