Every bespoke piece begins with a conversation. Whether you are commemorating a milestone, reimagining an heirloom, celebrating a new chapter, or simply creating something that does not yet exist, we invite you to begin with a private consultation at our Duxton Hill boutique or via ourWhatsApp Concierge.
Our team will take the time to understand not only what you wish to create, but also how you live, dress, and wear jewellery. We believe the most meaningful pieces are those that become part of everyday life.
Discovery & Design
During your consultation, we explore your inspirations, preferred aesthetics, lifestyle, and any gemstones or sentimental pieces you may wish to incorporate. Some clients arrive with sketches and references. Others come with only an idea or a feeling. Both are equally welcome.
Following our consultation, we begin translating these conversations into a bespoke concept unique to you. A design retainer is required to commence the creative process.
Curating Your Materials
Exceptional jewellery begins with exceptional materials. Drawing on our network of trusted gemstone suppliers, pearl farms, and specialist cutters, we carefully source stones and materials aligned with your vision, priorities, and investment.
Unlike traditional jewellery houses, our commissions are tailored around each client's individual brief - we are able create bespoke pieces in a variety of precious metal mixes. From precious metals and gemstones to scale and technical details, every decision is thoughtfully considered to create a piece that is both extraordinary and deeply personal.
Refinement
Once your design direction has been established, we present your bespoke proposal, including design renderings, material recommendations, and a detailed quotation.
This collaborative stage allows us to refine proportions, details, and finishes until every element feels entirely right. Two rounds of revisions are included within the bespoke process.
Craftsmanship
Upon approval, your piece enters our atelier. Master artisans meticulously handcraft each creation using traditional techniques alongside modern technologies where appropriate. Depending on complexity, completion typically takes between 8 and 10 weeks.
Throughout the process, we provide periodic updates, allowing you to follow the journey of your future heirloom.
Presentation
When your piece is complete, we invite you back to our Duxton Hill boutique for a private presentation. This final appointment marks the beginning of your jewellery's next chapter — one that we hope will be worn, treasured, and passed on for generations to come.

Bespoke commissions typically require 10 to 12 weeks from final design approval. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and gemstone sourcing requirements.

We value originality and client confidentiality. While certain bespoke designs may remain exclusive to the original client, we are delighted to take inspiration from previous creations and reinterpret them for you.
